3. Pricing, Payments & Currency

  • All prices displayed for the South African market are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Order Processing, Shipping & Tracking

  • Order Tracking: In accordance with our standards, every order dispatched by JS Enterprises / AuraPure includes an assigned tracking number. Tracking details are sent via email upon fulfillment.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Stated delivery times are estimates. While we partner with reliable couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, DHL, Aramex), delays resulting from customs clearance, courier operations, or severe weather conditions remain outside our direct control.

  • Accuracy of Billing and Shipping Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrectly provided shipping addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Exclusions

All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return and Refund Policy:

  • Sealed, unopened goods may be returned within 30 calendar days of order placement/delivery.

  • In full accordance with Section 20(3) of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), opened, unsealed, or tampered wellness and consumable items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and health standards.

  • Return postage and direct logistics costs for voluntary returns remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All text, product descriptions, imagery, branding elements, trademarks, and logos associated with AuraPure and JS Enterprises are the exclusive intellectual property of JS Enterprises. No portion of the website content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, or exploited without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No. 25 of 2002):

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory consumer protection laws provided under the South African Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA) applicable to consumers residing in South Africa.

  • Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the merchant’s registered jurisdiction in Belgium or an agreed-upon international arbitration forum.
